The new Schaerer Coffee Soul is more flexible than ever before. Choose exactly what you need in your location: options, designs and graphical user interfaces (GUIs). No matter where the Soul is located, it blends seamlessly into the environment and brews customised coffee beverages.
The Schaerer Coffee Soul 10 with the 10.4″ display has a fresh style combined with a linear, functional design. It is a real workhorse and can be used either in a bustling kitchen or behind the bar.
In staff mode, the machine is a breeze to operate and ensures the highest level of process reliability as well as quick preparation of high-quality coffee specialities.
Best Foam Milk System
A New Dimension in Milk Foam Preparation. The Coffee Soul 10 can be fitted with the patented Best Foam Milk System, allowing you to prepare barista style hot and cold milk foam for high quality drinks.
The system heats the milk with steam just like a barista would and delivers excellent milk foam quality in line with the highest SCAE level. Silky smooth, snow white, extremely creamy, and stable, the milk foam created in this way is the perfect basis for your coffee creations.
During this process, the system works extremely quickly, regardless of whether you are preparing a latte macchiato or changing from hot to cold beverages. There are virtually no waiting times which allows for rapid preparation of a cappuccino as well as swift change between hot and cold beverages.
